It’s been a few weeks since I have done a WOW and it feels good to be getting back on track after a few weeks of being busy. This week, my WOW is one that deals with mental health. I struggle with my mental health on a daily basis, and the diagnosis I was given. I also struggle with depression. I love to come across books that share with the world the struggles people deal with every day. I personally feel like it’s something that we need more of. Books that touch on a subject that people tend to steer away from, or they don’t know enough about.
When I learned about this book, I preordered it the same day. This is one of the books I’m REALLY looking forward to diving into this year.
