Everyone knows Alice slept with two guys at one party.
But did you know Alice was sexting Brandon when he crashed his car?
It's true. Ask ANYBODY.

Rumor has it that Alice Franklin is a slut. It's written all over the bathroom stall at Healy High for everyone to see. And after star quarterback Brandon Fitzsimmons dies in a car accident, the rumors start to spiral out of control.
In this remarkable debut novel, four Healy High students—the girl who has the infamous party, the car accident survivor, the former best friend, and the boy next door—tell all they know.
But exactly what is the truth about Alice? In the end there's only one person to ask: Alice herself.

Truth Alice Blog

I didn’t know what to expect when I purchased this book – I read the description and it could of went in so many directions. It is an extremely well written book, coming from different points of views and showing how rumors can affect a teenagers life, or anyones life for that matter.

The book is written from the point of view of 4 teens who all go to the same school – Elaine, Josh, Kurt and Kelsie. From each point of view, you see how the rumors spread, and the story of Alice develops throughout the book. Considering it was only 200 pages, and had 4 point of views, it was easy to follow and you didn’t get confused.

When everything is all laid out, at the end of the book, you hear from Alice.

I don’t want to give anything about this book away, but I can tell you one thing. This book is the perfect picture of what is happening in schools not only in my country, but around the world. It shows you just how painful, hurtful, and sometimes wonderful high school can be for some people. It was absolutely frightening at points, and brilliant in spots. Jennifer didn’t sugar coat how rumors can hurt someone, She was direct and to the point. She painted the picture of how so many people live day to day.

This is a book I will 100% re-read in the future, and I look forward to reading Jennifers newest book ‘Devoted‘.
