Guilt is something I struggle with on a daily basis but not because I did something wrong. It's because I did something right.   I found myself in a situation...

Mental Health Monday Ft. S. Usher Evans

Mental Health Monday ( Thursday this week! ) is a weekly post from bloggers, authors and everyday people who wish to share their mental health stories and struggles. Check out here for more information.   To celebrate Empath's one year book birthday, and also mental health month, I thought I'd write a post for Sarah about how I wrote my anxiety dragon book.
